Art Vendor Sign Up
Widewater Music & Arts Festival is calling on artists and makers to join us for a weekend of creativity, music, and community.
We welcome original, handmade work across all mediums — visual art, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, woodwork, and more. Booth spaces include standard tent setups, with options for additional space for larger installations.
Since this year's festival lands on Halloween, feel free to bring some seasonal spirit to your booth with costumes, spooky-inspired pieces, or festive displays!
Food Vendor Sign Up:
Bring your best to Widewater Music & Arts Festival this Halloween! We're looking for food vendors who can serve a high-volume festival crowd without sacrificing quality — from quick bites to full meals. We're especially interested in vendors offering diverse cuisines, vegetarian/vegan options, and locally sourced ingredients.
Since the festival falls on Halloween, vendors are welcome (and encouraged) to lean into the season! Join us on October 31st to celebrate our wonderful and festive community.
OMBA Trick-or-Treat Sign Up
Since Widewater Music & Arts Festival falls on Halloween this year, we're inviting OMBA members to take part in a festival-wide trick-or-treat experience! If you'd like to hand out candy, run a small giveaway, or set up a trick-or-treat stop at your booth, we want to hear from you.
Trick-or-treat vendors will be featured on our festival map, in the event guide, and in social media shoutouts leading up to the big day. This is a great way to draw extra foot traffic to your business while adding to the festival's Halloween spirit. Costumes and spooky decor are highly encouraged!
